Traditional Nourishing Bone Broth Recipe

You have probably heard people talking about the incredible health benefits of bone broth. This nutrient dense super food has really taken the alternative health world by storm!

The fact is that soups, stews, and stocks have been an integral part of an ancestral human diet for thousands of years. It is only the past 50 or so years that the traditional practice of making bone broth has been supplanted with processed, preserved, and pasteurized alternatives from a can.

This is unfortunate because the "real deal" is loaded with bone and joint health promoting nutrients such as collagen, glucosamine, and chondroitin. These nutrients give your body the building blocks it needs to maintain the health of your musculo-skeletal system.

To make it easier for you to try making some delicious nourishing broth for yourself, here is a simple introductory recipe. Make sure to have a large stock pot or crock pot ready to go!
