Bone Broth Vegetable Soup Recipe

Try this delicious bone broth vegetable soup recipe!

Ingredients: 

  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 chopped carrots
  • 3 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 cup chopped yams
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder

 

Directions:

1. Boil broth in a saucepan turn to low heat to simmer

2. Add vegetables to simmered broth

3. Simmer on low heat for 3 hours until vegetables have softened

4. Serve and enjoy soup!
